    Are day of the dead celebrations still happening this year with Covid? We really want to come experience the traditions but might wait till next year. Thoughts!

      So sorry to be slow answering–yes there were some celebrations this year but limited. I cancelled our trips but we expect to offer a couple of trips in Fall 2021. Please let me know and I will get you registration info when we are a bit closer. Dave

Here is a comment from a recent trip:

I keep meaning to send you an email concerning our trip to Copper Canyon. It was one of the most amazing trips we have ever been on. It encompassed  so many aspects. History, spectacular scenery, cultures, attitudes, etc.

Going in I am not sure what we expected. Whatever the expectations were they were far surpassed. For some reason I thought more train travel was part of the tour. I must say I am glad it was not as many of the places we were able to explore are not readily accessible by rail.

Thank you for hooking us up with Noel. What a treasure! His knowledge of the area and culture were invaluable. He seemed to know of and have access to areas that I know not many people are able to experience. Thanks again for setting all of it up.
